A quick update to keep you in the loop:
- The practice will be completely closed from 12 December, and will reopen 12 January 2026.
- Please contact Cherne before 1 December before we close should you need any of the following so that we can address request in time.
- follow up
- repeat script
- medication
- feedback on blood results
- any other advice
If you’re due for a follow up this year then please book in as soon as possible as space is becoming very limited.
Should you need any urgent medical assistance while the practice is closed then please contact your nearest ER.
